Cancellation by Participant
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit according to your room option is required to secure your place at the Glowing Reconnection Retreat. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another event organized by the same company if you need to cancel your participation.
- Cancellation More than 3 Months Before the Retreat: If you cancel your participation more than 3 months before the start date of the retreat, any payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
- Cancellation Within 3 Months of the Retreat: If you cancel your participation within 3 months of the start date of the retreat, no refunds will be issued. This includes the deposit and any additional payments made.
- Transfer of Deposit: If you need to cancel and wish to transfer your deposit to another event, you must notify the Organizer at least 45 days before the start date of the original retreat. The transferred deposit will be valid for another event organized by the same company within 12 months of the original retreat date.
- Refunds for Partial Payments: If you cancel between the time of your deposit and 3 months before the retreat, any partial payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
- No Refunds for No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend the retreat or who leave the retreat early for any reason.
Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that the Organizer must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Changes to Policy
The Organizer reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to participants in writing.
