PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING
This is a legal document. By signing it, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated below for participation in the Glowing Reconnection Retreat (« Retreat ») organized by the Company registered under Siret N°88500541300012 as the Glowing Reconnection Retreat (« Organizer »).
I understand that the Glowing Reconnection Retreat is a strictly alcohol-free event. I agree not to consume, possess, or distribute alcohol during the retreat. I acknowledge that failure to comply with this policy may result in my removal from the retreat without any reimbursement.
Any alcohol consumption outside of the retreat activities or locations is solely my responsibility. The Organizer is not liable for any effects or consequences of such consumption, including but not limited to personal health issues, accidents, or legal consequences.
I understand that it is mandatory to have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal liability, and trip cancellations before participating in the retreat. This insurance must remain active for the entire duration of the retreat, including travel to and from the location. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to acquire this insurance, and I release the Organizer from any liability in the event of injury, illness, or trip disruption due to lack of proper insurance.
Proof of travel insurance must be shown to the Organizer before the start of the retreat.
I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY OR EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.
I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in the activity or event, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity or event. I certify that I am in good health and that I do not pose a health risk to the public.
By participating, I agree to the following:
I release the Organizer from any and all liability for injury, illness, or loss arising from my participation in the retreat, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I confirm that I am in good health and physically able to participate in all activities during the retreat. I understand that if I have any pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to allergies, chronic conditions, or physical impairments, I am solely responsible for taking appropriate precautions and notifying the Organizer in advance.
I will inform the Organizer of any allergies or dietary restrictions I have, and I understand that while efforts will be made to accommodate my needs, the Organizer cannot guarantee complete avoidance of allergens. I am responsible for managing my allergies and dietary needs during the retreat.
I acknowledge that the retreat may not have immediate access to advanced medical facilities, and I assume full responsibility for managing my health needs, including medications and emergency care.
I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with participation in a group event, including but not limited to the risk of contracting infectious diseases such as COVID-19. I agree to comply with all health protocols established by the Organizer, including testing, social distancing, or quarantine measures, if required. I also understand that the Organizer will not be held responsible for any illness contracted during or after the retreat.
I HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE the Organizer and all divisions thereof, including its employees, volunteers, event sponsors, and any activity or event holders, from any and all liability and responsibility for injuries, sickness, pandemics, accidents, and/or natural disasters during participation in and/or instruction of the retreat or any activities associated with it.
I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this event.
I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this waiver, release, and registration form from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this retreat, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, resulting from my participation in the retreat or from any breach of the waiver terms by me.
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By signing this waiver, I grant permission for the Organizer to use my likeness, testimonials, and feedback in such promotional materials without compensation. If I do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, or if I do not wish to provide a testimonial, I will inform the Organizer prior to the start of the retreat.
I acknowledge that the following are not included in the retreat package:
I understand that transportation to and from the retreat activities, including excursions, is included in the retreat package. Any transportation outside of the scheduled retreat activities (e.g., to/from the retreat location, personal trips) is my responsibility. The Organizer can arrange additional transportation for me at my own cost, upon request.
I understand that full payment for the retreat is required to secure my participation. Payment installments are possible until December 2024. After 31 December 2024 full payment must be received to confirm my spot. Failure to pay in full by this deadline may result in forfeiture of my spot and any prior payments made.
The Organizer reserves the right to terminate my participation in the retreat at any time if it is deemed that my behavior is disruptive, non-compliant with the retreat rules, or if I am found to be in violation of any terms stated in this waiver. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and I will be required to make my own arrangements to leave the retreat.

In the unlikely event that the Organizer must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Changes to Policy
The Organizer reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to participants in writing.
This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia, and I consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
This waiver represents the entire agreement between the participant and the Organizer. It supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings regarding the subject matter hereof.
